We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our finance team for 8–12 working days per month. This is an in-office role, requiring attendance 2–3 days per week as assigned by the CFO.

This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who prefer flexible work schedules and have hands-on experience managing accounts in a small or mid-sized firm. The role involves day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, reconciliations, and finance operations support.

Specific Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / similar accounting tools

  • Hands-on experience with GST returns and compliance

  • Good understanding of account reconciliations and bookkeeping

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently without training

  • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy

Responsible For
  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software

  • Perform bank reconciliations, payment tracking, receipt entries, and vendor invoice reconciliation

  • Support monthly and quarterly GST filings and compliance

  • Maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to collect and verify documentation

  • Assist the CFO with MIS reports, payroll support, and operational finance tasks

  • Support EPF, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory remittances

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all financial matters
Additional Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of accounting experience

  • Prior experience in a small CA firm or startup environment preferred

  • Comfortable working 10 days per month in-office (flexible scheduling)

  • Must be able to speak and write English and Kannada or Hindi

  • High sense of ownership, integrity, and confidentiality
