Accountant / Senior Accountant – Nariman Point, Mumbai
Overview
CMAA Advisors is hiring Accountants and Senior Accountants for a well-established manufacturing company located at Nariman Point, Mumbai.
This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong hands-on experience in Tally, SAP, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and core accounting operations.
Candidates with prior exposure to manufacturing, import–export accounting, and ERP-based environments will be given preference.

Specific Skills

Strong knowledge of general ledger and sub-ledger accounting

Practical experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

Hands-on exposure to Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems

Good command over Excel (Advanced Excel is an added advantage)

Understanding of manufacturing accounting processes

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsible For
-
Day-to-day accounting entries including purchase, sales, debit notes, credit notes, and petty cash
-
Daily bank reconciliation and coordination with banking partners
-
Accounting entries using Tally / SAP / ERP systems
-
Handling GST returns, TDS/TCS compliance, and statutory documentation
-
Supporting internal and external audits, reconciliations, and data compilation

Managing import–export transactions and related banking correspondence

Coordination with banks, insurance agents, and internal stakeholders

Preparing MIS reports and assisting senior finance personnel as required
