Accounts Executive – Fresher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Fresher to join our Chartered Accountant firm in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity for B.Com graduates and freshers who want to begin their career in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS and financial compliance.

The selected candidate will work with our accounting team and gain practical exposure to bookkeeping, accounting entries, reconciliations, GST, TDS, payroll, income tax, ROC compliance and financial reporting.

Candidates with 0–1 years of experience who have a strong interest in accounting and taxation are encouraged to apply.

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts using Tally Prime.
• Record accounting entries, receipts, payments and journal vouchers.
• Support bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Assist with GST preparation, reconciliation and filing activities.
• Assist with TDS computation, reconciliation and compliance.
• Support payroll-related accounting and statutory compliance activities.
• Assist with Income Tax and ROC/MCA compliance assignments.
• Support the team during accounting and audit-related assignments.

• B.Com graduate or equivalent commerce qualification.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

• Tally Prime certification — preferred
• Microsoft Excel certification — preferred
