Roles & Responsibilities for DFT Engineer Bangalore
• Good understanding on DFT concepts like SCAN/ATPG/BSCAN/MBIST.
• Experience in Mbist insertion using tessent and mbist validation
• Experience in ATPG, drc fix and coverage analysis.
• Experience in scan synthesis.
• Hands on experience on Simulations with and without timing.
• Post silicon debug support.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
