BDE – Channel Sales
Overview
A leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer based in Noida, is looking to hire an energetic and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our Channel Sales operations for the Three-Wheeler Battery segment in Bihar. This role requires a driven individual who can build strong relationships with dealers and distributors, expand market reach, and drive sales growth aligned with India’s National Energy Storage Mission.

Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales in the lead-acid or lithium-ion battery industry (3W Battery segment preferred).

Proven track record in dealer/distributor onboarding and sales growth.

Strong knowledge of channel sales processes and business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with sales documentation and forecasting.

Organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Responsible For

Develop and expand dealer and distributor channels specifically for 2W and 3W battery packs.

Conduct market research and intelligence to identify new sales opportunities and competitors.

Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.

Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and finalize profitable deals.

Track and manage sales orders, ensure proper coordination for product dispatches.

Lead and support inside sales activities including documentation, audit compliance, and reporting.

Conduct regular sales forecasting (monthly/quarterly/annual) and market share reporting.

Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure product quality and timely dispatch.

Follow up with partners and clients to ensure alignment on order requirements and satisfaction.
